Why you press the hot water button but there is no water?
1. Check the red light whether on or off, and make sure it has been off.
2. Please pay attention to the red safety lock on the top of the button. Push the red safety lock left and then press the button down for more than 90s.
3. Check that your bucket connector is tight
Why is there no hot water after I plug in for 3h?
Look at the switches behind the machine. The red is hot water switch and the green is ice water switch.
When do I need to add water?
After a period of use, if the red indicator lights up again, it means that water needs to be added.
