E-Macht 35Quart Rotomolded Insulated Coolers, 5 Days Retention, Heavy Duty Ice Chest for BBQ, Fishing, Drink, Beverage, Camping and Picnic

I am a contractor and I pack a large lunch every day. So I use my coolers 6 days a week (I work a lot). This cooler is great. My only concern so far is that a post that one of the rubber pull-down latches that holds the lid closed had a screw come loose. I just got a screw dri er and tightened it. If it loosens again, I'll use a little loctite on the screw and it will never happen again. Had it for a couple months and it great. The size is perfect, after I put in the freezer packs it's probably about a 25 quart cooler. Perfect size. I'll update if anything new comes to light.

We bought this cooler for a 2 week trip camping. Although it claims to keep ice for 8 days, we didn't find that it did. It keeps ice about 3 days. We froze huge blocks of ice. That does better than ice cubes. I cooled it with ice days before we left. I am not sure that made a difference, but the cooler was never that hot. We were in at most 70 degrees in CO. But despite this, I gave it 5 stars for every other nice quality it had. 

I have a Yeti 70 quart cooler and really think it is the cat's meow. But it is a bit of an over kill much of the time for daily fishing trips on a boat and a bit of a space hog. After a recent trip to Michigan I was thinking of getting a smaller Yeti but I knew I was in for some sticker shock. Which proved to be quite accurate. I wanted a good cooler, one that could take a lot of abuse and use and thought only the Yeti would fit the bill.

This product exceeded my expectations and the promises in the advertising. It is well built, maybe even overbuilt based on the weight, and is an incredibly efficient thermal cooler. On my first use, the ice did not even start to melt overnight. Now I appreciate it was not a hot night, but to show no melting at all, incredible.

After buying the 10qt as a lunch box and owning it for a couple years I was looking for a larger, possibly wheeled cooler like the Yeti Tundra. After trying several alternatives I found most had serious design issues and decided to return to these Fatboy coolers as a lower price option. Now I own several in different sizes and not just using as an ice chest but for keeping items safe from sun and heat (batteries, solar generator power bank). The latches are the best and although not lightweight coolers they are built like a tank and keep stuff cold for a long time.
